Tim Kelly – Vice President, Business Development
Tim is an accomplished executive that possesses an innovative approach to business development, extensive sales management experience, and a passion for team building. Prior to joining Biolife, Tim was responsible for Becton Dickinson’s national accounts in both the United States and Canada. At Friction Free Technologies, Tim was Vice President of Sales and successfully launched their low-friction fiber line to healthcare, military, and sports markets. Since joining Biolife in 2002, Tim has been an energetic leader who has demonstrated strong communication and relationship building skills which have played an instrumental role in growing Biolife’s business. Tim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University.
Gloria DiPuma – Vice President, Strategic Operations
Gloria provides financial and strategic insight to Biolife. Gloria has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, consulting, budgeting and audit. She held numerous positions with Nine West Group, including serving as Chief Financial Officer, and was an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche. She received a BS in Business Administration from Bryant College, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Accounting.
Kelly Keene – Vice President, Research & Development
Kelly brings extensive knowledge of ion-exchange resins from his seven years with Advanced Separation Technologies, a subsidiary of Florida Progress. While at AST he participated in both plant design and start-ups. Kelly was the first employee of Biolife in June of 2000. His contributions have been a major factor in converting a product concept into a working product. As Vice President of R&D, he is responsible for all technical and development efforts at Biolife. Kelly has several issued and pending patents. He graduated with a BS Chemistry from the University of South Florida.
