Comparison of a Novel Hemostatic Agent to Currently Available Agents in a Swine Model of Lethal

In a product trial of PRO QR Powder on 418 PICC lines at a large Florida hospital. Time to Hemostasis (TTH) needed to
control bleeding and exudates was less than or equal to 2 minutes in 94% of applications, the 48 hour dressing change
was eliminated in all cases, there were no adverse events reported, and there was a 40% decrease in Catheter-related
Bloodstream Infections (CRBSIs).
